Findeed is a 100% human recruitment boutique. We don't screen candidates with algorithms or keywords: we meet them and assess their skills, motivations and alignment with your values. Every hire is guaranteed for 12 months.
Three options, depending on your needs: headhunting (a specific role, guaranteed for 1 year), fractional recruitment (an experienced recruiter embedded part-time in your team) and international recruitment, especially for Canadian companies hiring in the United States.
Together we define the profile you need and your company culture, then we run a targeted search: direct outreach to candidates, interviews, assessment and a shortlist of qualified profiles. You remain the decision-maker at every step.
The fee depends on the role's experience level: $800/month for a junior profile (0 to 2 years), $1,200/month for an intermediate profile (3 to 6 years) and $1,500/month for a senior profile (6+ years). Fees are paid in 12 monthly installments, all inclusive, and you only pay for a successful placement.
Every headhunting hire is guaranteed for 12 months. Our fees are paid in 12 monthly installments: if the person hired is no longer in the role before the end of that period, the subscription stops and you don't pay the remaining installments. Our compensation is therefore directly tied to the long-term success of the hire.
An experienced recruiter works with your team a few hours a week, like an in-house member, with no full-time commitment and no per-hire commission. It's ideal if you have several open roles at once, if your managers are short on time, or if you want to structure your recruitment process. Pricing is set on request based on volume.
We specialize in three fields: sales (representatives, account managers, business development, sales leadership), IT (software development, cloud and DevOps, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM, IT leadership) and engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial and engineering leadership), in Québec, Canada and the United States.
Yes. We support Canadian companies in their U.S. expansion: recruitment in all 50 states with a 12-month guarantee, U.S. payroll management (free for 12 months) if you don't have an entity yet, compensation advice and introductions to qualified partners (accountants, lawyers, immigration).
It depends on the role and the market. Our targeted approach and network generally allow us to significantly reduce time to hire. We give you a realistic timeline as soon as the mandate starts.
