Findeed respects your privacy. This policy explains in plain language what personal information we collect, why and how, and your rights under Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

Information we collect
- Contact form: first name, last name, email, company (optional) and message.
- Technical data and cookies, only according to the choices you make in the cookie panel.
- Candidates: applications are made on the SmartRecruiters portal, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
Purposes
- Responding to your requests.
- Providing our recruitment services.
- Measuring site audience, only if you consent.
- We never sell your personal information.
Disclosure and hosting
- We use service providers (website and database hosting, email delivery). These providers may be located outside Québec, including in the United States. Contractual safeguards govern these disclosures.
Retention
- Your information is kept as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, then destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights
- You may request access to and correction of your information, withdraw your consent, and request de-indexing and portability of your information.
- To exercise these rights, email the person in charge at mathieu@findeed.com. We respond within 30 days.
- You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Cookies
- Essential: required for the site to work, always on.
- Audience measurement: off by default.
- Marketing / third-party content: off by default.
- You can change your choices at any time with the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. You will be asked again after 12 months.
Security and confidentiality incidents
- We take reasonable security measures to protect your information. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information.
